Saint Benedict hematite rosary with a Saint Benedict crucifix.
For every decade there is a Saint Benedict medal, the front of the medal depicts Saint Benedict holding in his right hand a cross, and in his left, the book of his Rule. On his right is a poisoned cup, and on his left a raven with a poisoned loaf. On the back of the medal depicts a cross with the letters C S S M L - N D S M D, which means may the holy cross be my light and may the dragon never be my guide. Above the cross is the word PAX for peace. Encircling the cross are the letters V R S N S M V - S M Q L I V B, to keep evil at bay and never let evil tempt me with your vanities. A powerful sacramental of the Church.
